Founder & Principal Consultant

Tyler "Ty" Olson, PhD

PhD from University of Antioch's Graduate School of Leadership and Change, where he researched how leaders navigate conflict during times of change. MA in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University, where he focused his studies on the theory and practice of restorative justice and nonviolence. Fifteen-plus years of teaching, training, facilitating, coaching, and consulting in the areas of conflict resolution, conflict transformation, and dialogue processes.

Associate Consultant

Kareemah Hairston

BA from Kent State University in Applied Conflict Management. Ten years of experience supporting and facilitating change work processes in communities and organizations. A professional mediator who also works as the Mediation Coordinator at the Cleveland Mediation Center in Northeast Ohio, managing landlord-tenant, neighbor-to-neighbor, family, divorce, and business/ organization mediation services. Conflict resolution trainer and mediation training coach for emerging mediators
